Workshop Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Good Day Studio workshop or event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat. Workshop space is limited, and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to advance purchases of materials, venue commitments, and limited seating, all workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact Good Day Studio at least 7 days before the event. When possible, registrations may be transferred to another participant or applied as a credit toward a future workshop, at the sole discretion of Good Day Studio.

Refunds requested for approved exceptions may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the ticket price to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Event Cancellation by Good Day Studio

Good Day Studio reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to weather, low enrollment, venue issues, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control.

If Good Day Studio cancels an event, participants will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Project Variations

Workshop projects may vary slightly from promotional photos due to the availability of materials, fabric patterns, colors, seasonal supplies, or other factors.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own conduct and personal belongings during workshops and events.

Good Day Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Food & Beverage

Some workshops may include food, beverages, or drink tickets. Participants are responsible for informing Good Day Studio of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event.

Alcohol consumption is the sole responsibility of the participant. Please consume responsibly.

Photography & Marketing

Photographs and video may be taken during workshops and events for promotional purposes.

By attending a workshop, you grant Good Day Studio permission to use photographs or video in marketing materials, social media, websites, and other promotional content unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Liability Waiver

Participation in workshops is voluntary. By attending, participants assume all risks associated with participation and release Good Day Studio, its owners, instructors, venue partners, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event.
